    This takes the form of a fartlek, intervals, tempo or threshold efforts around a cross country loop to get that endurance performance level up and prepare you for the races throughout the winter. We then move over into the track in the summer!
  • Every Tuesday 6pm

    Location varies
    Sessions vary from week to week between intervals, tempo and threshold. These sessions are aimed at athletes targeting events 800m and upwards to long distances.
