Aimed at athletes training for 800m+, cross country and road runners

Whatever discipline of runner you are, interval, tempo and threshold sessions can dramatically increase your stamina, strength and your general fitness. Our Endurance Lead, Ben Westhenry, leads the sessions, which vary from week to week. These sessions are aimed at athletes targeting events 800m and upwards to long distances. Whilst these session can be more intense don't be intimidated, many of our top runners have never run before joining the training group. It’s amazing how quickly you improve. In the summer we move to fast grass sessions on Tuesdays. Session reps are run on time so all abilities are welcome!
